Primed Fury is marvelous indeed. I'm not sure who would want Primed Vigor, but there's probably someone :-P. And it's not for all Warframes, just the more balanced ones that don't benefit from a single Shield or Health mod.

Maybe you wouldn't use it on Grakata or Soma Prime but most weapons are improved by Primed Shred without a noticeable hit to ammo economy, especially if you run Carrier.Vigor is better if you play Inaros or frames that have an empty slot for it and don't use rifles very often.I Mostthe frames I play don't have slots available for both Vigor and Vitality.
